It’s the weekend, so the moonshine grid is open

Who here is in need of an adventure? I am feeling the urge to do something spontaneous. This is never a good impulse in me–I always end up doing something I regret, like cutting my own hair, or stewing in frustration and wasting the weekend in front of the TV. I need to learn to channel this impulse into something productive. Who has tips for me? What do you do when you feel the urge to go out and conquer?

While I’m waiting for my panther to arrive via USPS, why don’t we share writing? On the weekend yeah write gets wild and crazy with the rules. Whether it’s 1,000 words on training your puppy or a photo of your iguana accompanied by a haiku, all posts are welcome here. Submit whatever you like; even a golden oldie from your 2006 trip to Patagonia is welcome. The only thing you can’t submit are sponsored or commercial posts. Them’s the rules.
