It’s the weekend, so the moonshine grid is open
Happy weekend, folks. TGIF, amiright? I need a break from hustling. How about you? We’re in the right place for that. No more emails, job search boards, or that printer that continually give you that “error” message and make you want to take it out back and light fire to it. No office, no boss, no suits. Heck, no pants if you want. Just bring your beautiful selves, your blog posts, and a sense of fun. I’ll bring the moonshine.
Bosses? We don’t need no stinkin’ bosses!
At the moonshine, we’re our own boss. We don’t take much to rules, so you can link up any ol’ post here. We don’t have a word count limit, or a format, or date requirement, or a prompt. Just put the badge on your brilliant piece and link ‘er up. There’s only one rule here, and that’s no commercial or sponsored posts. Aside from that, the sky’s the limit.
Hey look, we have penguins!
Good news, writers! If your challenge grid submission was returned with a love letter, then you have a chance to win a prize from the fantabulous ML Philpott from I Miss You When I Blink. If you incorporate Obed’s suggested revisions, then resubmit your post here at the moonshine grid, you will be entered into a drawing for a coffee mug featuring ML’s random penguins. So you get invaluable rewriting experience AND a penguin mug. It really doesn’t get much better than that.
Shipping available only to winner with US or Canada mailing address.
This is the badge you are looking for.
Over in the right sidebar is a list of yeah write badges containing the codes you need to satisfy the backlink requirement (also called a permalink) of the Inlinkz app. The badge for the moonshine looks like this:
Under the badge is a few lines of code. Copy that exactly then paste it into the “text” or HTML view of your post editor. If you don’t copy it exactly, you will get an error message from the Inlinkz app. If you get confused or your browser is uncooperative, visit the Inlinkz step-by-step instructions here. If all else fails, contact Inlinkz customer support.
Hey guys! I’ve been having a bit of trouble leaving comments on quite a few links, whenever I try to add my 2 cents. I suspect that I probably have some thingy turned off, or something like that, but any help you could offer would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. 🙂
Hm. Is it the WordPress sites you’re having trouble with, or Blogger? Or are you trying to comment from your phone?
It would seem that it’s mostly the WordPress sites that give me grief, with a few others, just to make things interesting. I’ve tried to move to commenting from my Google+ ID, and that seems to have helped a bit. Also, for some reason, Chrome decided to shut off something to do with pop-ups, and for a while, I couldn’t even comment on my own blog. I seem to have resolved that problem though. I’m commenting from my Desktop, using Windows8, but my phone was generally less reliable than that. I have, however, recently changed phones, so I’ll have to experiment with that to see if I notice a difference.
It’s all rather discouraging, because I want to be a part of the conversation, yet many of my comments just fizzle away and disappear. And to be honest, there are times I’ve been hesitant to link up because of this issue. I feel bad that I add myself, and I’m not able to let those links that I’ve visited know that I’ve been there.
It can all be quite frustrating, and I’m open to any thoughts you may have toward resolving this. 🙂
I added my link, but it doesn’t show up on the grid! : ( Help me, please! This is the link: http://konnikim.wordpress.com/2014/03/02/i-got-criticized-for-wearing-a-sleeveless-top/

It’s always awesome to write free of clutter characterized by briefing, office suits and deadlines. I love writing at ease, free of tension and for the sheer pleasure of w for writing:)
