This was the most challenging lovelinks in the history of lovelinks.
There were so many good blog posts, it was hard to for voters to choose only three favorites, and it was tough for me to decide on one editor’s choice.
Popular vote winner: Mommy2¢
Editor’s choice: A Morning Grouch
Mommy2¢ wrote about her daughter Sissy’s act of kindness toward a friend in her kindergarten class, and maybe I speak on behalf of those who voted for her as I hope our children, nieces and nephews are able to find friends like Sissy when they are feeling unsure of themselves. I’ve enjoyed watching Mommy2¢ grow as a writer since she first stumbled over lovelinks. Her enthusiasm on Twitter is contagious, and she’s jumped into the social part of blogging as well as any professional. Congrats on your first win, Mommy2¢!
Lovelinks virgin A Morning Grouch won for a captivating economy of words in her prose piece A Bit of Gray Peeking Out. She had really stiff competition. I mean really stiff competition. But, man, we’ve gotta teach ourselves to let go of what’s holding us back and grip instead the promise that something better is waiting for us. The end of AMG’s piece reminded me of that promise. Congrats on the win, AMG!
Thanks to everyone who linked up this week. We all would love to be voted #1, but as a perennial 2nd placer, let me say: most of the fun is playing along. Please come back next week.
The blogs are sorted in order of most votes to least votes in the matrix below. In the case of a tie, like if four blogs each got seven votes, the tied blogs are sorted by highest number of page views received since Tuesday.
Lovelinks #29 opens Tuesday.
Congrats to the winners! I loved reading the entries… 😉
Congratulations to the winners!

Thanks again Erica, I am really amazed by you and how you are going to town growing this community here. I’d vote for you for president oh yes I would. (-:
I’m not organized enough to run for president of much. Plus, I like my lovelinks president position. I get cookies.
Thanks Adrienne! It was just an honor to be put right up there next to you, girl! 🙂

I am so grateful to everyone who took the time to read my post and vote! There were so many amazing entries this week I honestly didn’t really even think I had a chance! So many of you are such incredibly gifted writers, that every week I read your posts in such awe!
Again, Thank’s sooo much – I now have another one of those stupid permagrins plastered on my face and it will probably be stuck there for several days!

Thanks Alison! :^)
Thanks!!
Congrats! And thanks again to Erica for using her copious free time — you know, all that lounging about eating bonbons and getting pedicures is REALLY time-consuming–to organize all these linkers & writers. Should Erica ever want to pursue a career herding cats, this experience will serve her well! Yay to all!
Thanks, Deborah. Your monthly friendship support check is in the mail.

Stasha has coded the buttons, but I have to fix some stuff before they are ready. I won’t leave you guys hanging for much longer.
