Well, the first round of voting is underway!
It’s very simple until it gets complicated:
Each voter gets to choose three favorite posts by clicking on the yellow star beneath the thumbnail.
The votes for each favorite will be visible under the thumbnail once you’ve voted three times.
Feel the need to campaign? Go right ahead. It’s your fraction-of-a-million-page-views ad slot at stake, and if you don’t claim it, who will?
The top 10 percent will be manually entered into the Week 4 final round [lovelinks #26].
Not in the top 10 percent this week? No worries. You’ll still have lovelinks #24 and #25 to enter an even better post. Or enter the same one. Your call.
And don’t forget: I’ll select a post that’s not part of the 10 percent popular vote as an Editor’s Choice for the Week 4 finals. Completely subjective. Whichever one I like best. I’m a power-hungry beyotch.
Thanks to everyone who entered and thanks to all the readers.
Thanks to my lovely judgeys who are counting down to Week 4 waiting to decide 60 percent of your fate:
- Alison from Mama Wants This
- Linda from The Good, The Bad, The Worse
- Natalie from The Office (well, my office, anyway)
- Headless Mom from The Adventures of the Headless Family
What an exciting day! Good luck, everybody! Week 1 winner and Editor’s Choice announced on Friday…
Think we should increase the number of votes. Just saying 🙂
Then again I am renown for my lack of decision making.
I don’t normally do this… but
wow… The Momalog. I really enjoyed many of the posts, but some of her linked material was pee your pants funny.
If the subjective Queen of lovelinks is taking suggestions – mine falls there.
Overall, lots of great stuff this week! SO many good entries. Three votes was not enough. Not at all.
I can’t wait for next week.
It’s time to vote already? But I haven’t even caught up on reading! Look at all the entries!
