The contributing editors have read all 25 posts on this week’s challenge grid and as they send me their scoring spreadsheets, I will add the point tallies to the Inlinkz app. The current tallies will display beneath each thumbnail where the old popular votes used to appear.

Congrats to everyone who made the grid in the midst of topic restrictions, seemingly tight submission guidelines and other writing exercises that tend to separate writers from those writing things down.
I can’t count the times in my writing career, either as a student or as a professional, when I decided the rules didn’t apply to my brand of awesomeness and I got my awesomeness handed back to me with a rejection letter or a corporate director’s order to rewrite to standard. It happens to the best of us, and the best of us keep writing until we get it right.
