In a fit of boredom with my weeknight go-to meals, I’m trying to up my food game here at home. This weekend, I will be poring over my small stack of cookbooks, and maybe browsing the Internet for new and exciting ways to prepare chicken. As much as I love my lentil salad with goat cheese and beets, it’s time for some new items on the menu. What are you up to this weekend?
