After a major holiday, I always need a few days of a breather. Running around, socializing, perpetual merriment–it can be too much for someone who likes to be at home with a tub of spreadable cheese and full control of the remote. I’ve brewed up something special for a post-holiday lounge-fest. It’s strong, it’s bubbly, and it’ll tickle your nose. All you’ve got to bring is whatever you want for the party.
