Separating 31dbbb from the yeah write weekly writing challenge

Trying to combine the two gigs into one post last week ended up being a very bad, very confusing idea, so here is our regular, normal Sunday post announcing this week’s badges are ready for Tuesday’s open submissions. They are over in the right sidebar. If you’re planning to join us on Tuesday, you’ll need the coded badge to satisfy the backlink requirement of the Inlinkz app.

Your 31dbbb day nine post will be welcome on the challenge grid

Are you hanging out with us for 31dbbb? Then your day nine “write a link post” exercise is welcome on the challenge grid as long as it tells a story. No matter what, the challenge grid always needs a so what. You can add your link post to Tuesday’s 31dbbb grid and to the separate challenge grid on Tuesday if you want. Your call.

Today is the earliest your challenge post can be dated for Tuesday’s challenge

And that’s the primary reason we announce the badges being available—to give everyone the kickoff date for each week. The Sunday post is also a good place for announcing any other changes such as word count or weekly theme. There are no such changes this week—it’s still 500 words plus grace—but if there had been changes, they’d be right here.

Is this your first time here?
