It’s the weekend, so the moonshine grid is open
Right around this time of year, I start fantasizing about vacation. A tropical beach somewhere, a cappuccino in a European square, it doesn’t really matter where as long as it’s far from here. I call this time of year the late-winter blues, when work is feeling tiresome and the weather is getting on everyone’s last nerves. If you could transport yourself on vacation right now, where would you go?
Pass the piña colada
As I fantasize about frosty cocktails, warm sand and turquoise waters, now is the time to start sharing your weekend posts. Weekends here call for a loosening up of the rules, which means that this is the space for posts of any word count, in any genre, from any publish-by date–really the sky’s the limit. Heck, even that 1,400 word exposé on the treatment of stray animals in your neighborhood is welcome. The only posts we ask you don’t share are commercial or sponsored posts.
