It’s the weekend, so the moonshine grid is open

It’s been getting brisk here lately, so I’ve crocheted a few afghans for this joint. Apparently, winter is on its way (and is already here for much of the world), so I’ve also mixed up some hot cocoa for everyone, too. Time to pull out the various holiday accoutrements and decorate. Why not start celebrating early? Especially because the weekend is such a cause for celebration.

Winter is coming

As we ward off the chill, we loosen up standards for the weekend at yeah write. This means we hope you’ll join us in sharing whatever post you want. Essays of all word counts, poems from any publish-by date, works in progress of any genre, and maybe posts that didn’t quite make the grid are all welcome here–even that post about how you actually DID stick your tongue to a pole in below-zero weather. The only posts we ask you not share here are commercial and sponsored posts.
