It’s the weekend, so the moonshine grid is open

You may have noticed, but we’ve gotten pretty romantic around yeah write as of late. I’ve always wanted to be on the cover of a romance novel, so I can deal with a romantic hero sweeping me off my cynical feet for a few weeks. In fact, I sort of grew up thinking I’d be Joan Wilder, famous writer of bodice-rippers, and marry Michael Douglas. That is, until I realized: 1) she’s a fictional character, 2) Michael Douglas is around 40 years older than I am, and 3) I am not nearly prissy enough. If you have no idea what I’m talking about, then your Valentine’s Day homework is to watch Romancing the Stone, or at the very least, this clip. Happy romancing.

Weekend of luv

We’re starting a little early on the love stuff at yeah write, but that’s because we love you so much. In fact, we love you so much that way back when, we set up this weekend gin joint just for you guys. This backwoods bar has no rules except no sponsored or commercial posts. Other than that, it’s sort of a free-for-all. We take posts of any length, on any subject. A story about your cousin’s Bat Mitzvah from 2008 is just as welcome as a treatise on your favorite brand of paper towel. Now pour yourself a drink and join the weekend fun.

This is the badge you are looking for

Over in the left sidebar is a list of yeah write badges containing the codes you need to satisfy the backlink requirement (also called a permalink) of the Inlinkz app. The badge for the moonshine looks like this:

moonshine

Under the badge is a few lines of code. Copy that exactly then paste it into the “text” or HTML view of your post editor. If you don’t copy it exactly, you will get an error message from the Inlinkz app. If you get confused or your browser is uncooperative, visit the Inlinkz step-by-step instructions here. If all else fails, contact Inlinkz customer support.
