As promised, I made a custom button for the lovelinker with the most creative entry in Alison’s Memories Captured linkup with Galit Breen. Christine at Quasi Agitato’s photo was like a little O. Henry story, and I liked it.

Stasha’s Monday Listicles weekly link up keeps growing. I can’t always participate, but it’s a lot of fun when I do, so I know that’s why it’s so successful. This week’s listicle prompt was “your hometown” and I wrote about the quaint village of Houston and its eclectic population of five million Texans. That’s a whole lotta quaint.

Next Monday, Jamie of Chosen Chaos and Mommy2Cents are hosting a Ghosts of Blogging Past link up. Go through your archives and find a post written in your very first week of blogging, then link it up with them. That’s a very cool idea, and I’ll try to find a good one to share.

How is your Christmahanukwanzaakah shopping coming? While you’ve been online looking for cool stuff—I am completely in love with Fab.com—I’m glad you took the time to write a really great post about it so you’ll have something awesome to share this week with lovelinks.

Grab the link of this post or the super cool button badge, link up your best post of the past few weeks, and we’ll be by to read and leave our pithy thoughts. Show, don’t tell. Empathize, don’t rant. Write freely, openly and honestly. All that applies, even if it’s a recipes post.

Bring me an out-of-your-blogging genre lovelinks virgin, and I’ll send you the one song from Amazon or iTunes you’ve been wanting. Name it, if it’s available, you can have it. The virge gets one, too.

Lovelinks #35 is open.
