Why do I have the feeling I’ll need $10,000 to hire a programmer to write code keeping track of our karma points? Maybe my favorite programming mathematician can help me put something together if I ask him nicely enough. I did give birth for him, you know. Think he’ll cut me a deal?

Until then, here’s what we got:

Everybody who linked up this week now has at least one point. Angie of My Garden of Eden, this week’s only lovelinks virgin, got two points.

Sweaty from Do Sweat the Small Stuff

won editor’s choice with her post, her emerging series really, of writing away the shock and disbelief of her recently dissolved marriage. I’ve lost count of how many times I turned to my personal blog as group therapy and how many times my readers and friends supported me through some really tough times. Congrats, Sweaty, on taking the first of many baby steps.

editor’s choice karma points

linking up + editor’s choice + top ten finish

1 + 8 + 4 = 13

Ado from The Momalog

won @FloodG’s lurker’s favorite with her LOL post asking Santa to give her do-overs on her most embarrassing moments. I could hear Flood cracking up all the way down here in Texas from all the way up in Ottawa. I also liked Ado’s follow-up post and not just because she and I are fellow hypochondriacs. Congrats, Ado.

lurker’s favorite karma points

linking up + lurker’s favorite + top ten finish

1 + 8 + 4 = 13

XL at Did You Get Any of That

won the popular vote as her Vegas party people moved the festivities to lovelinks and put her post about their Vegas trip over the top. Congrats, XL, on the win. It’s your second lovelinks victory, right?

popular vote karma points

linking up + popular vote + top ten finish

1 + 4 + 4 = 9

This week’s top ten finisher with most lovelinks appearances:

Alison at Mama Wants This

lovelinks faithful karma points

1 + 4 = 5

Bonus: I let my 10-year-old son vote this week since there were no R-rated posts. His picks were Alison’s 10 crazy products at Mama Wants This, Cynthia’s Princess post at Commonplace Crazy and Ali’s super hero post at Sprinkles and Sprogs. You guys get cool kid points.

The blogs are sorted in the matrix from most popular votes to least. If there was a tie, like if three blogs got seven votes each, the thumbnails are sorted by highest number of page views.

Congrats to all the winners! Let me know if you’d like a winner’s badge for your blog. Email is the best way, but a comment or tweet will get to me eventually. Thanks to everyone who linked up, read the posts, commented and voted!

Lovelinks #35 opens Tuesday.
