There was a tie this week and, as is the case every week, the tie was broken by the number of page views.
A tempered congrats to Bitches in the Burbs who edged out Jamie of Chosen Chaos with their post on losing a friend and the anger and grief that come with it. Coincidentally, Jamie’s post also dealt with loss, hers being the family dog.
Editor’s choice, oh hell, let’s do another tie: I couldn’t decide between Ninja Bitch CEO and Diapers to Diatribes, so I’m picking them both. NBCEO put the mommy bloggers of toddlers on notice with her hilariously true warning about the upcoming teenage years, and Kid Id of D2D thankfully pulled her son CoCo off the athletic field and into the art world. Where would the world be if Basquiat had spent his youth pouting in the dugout?
We are on a roll with the tie: Flood sent me two favorites—Jen at Just Jennifer as she writes about finding her place in the blogging world and Laura at Catharsis who explains how she staked her spot in the blogging world. Similar themes, each explored thoughtfully and openly.
