Jamie of Chosen Chaos!

Jamie pits Dorothy of MGM’s The Wizard of Oz in a bitch fight against the Disney Princess line, and Dorothy wins because she stands on her own two slippers.

I don’t mind the construct of Dorothy as feminist hero. My only grudge is that her heroics were dismissed in the end as nothing more than a bedtime dream. I have long been disappointed with that ending, but I was also scared to death by the flying monkeys, so what do I know?

    I was scared by the flying monkeys too. At 5 I thought, this is a kid’s movie?
